Mission

The Eagle PAC mission is to provide a network to support candidates who stand for a culture of life, traditional family values, smaller government, lower taxes, and a strong national security.  Our guiding philosophy is to bring practical solutions to solving problems.  We aim to integrate communities of faith and traditional conservatives into national, state and local party political activism, to train new political activists to reach out effectively to their federal, state and local elected representatives to achieve the greatest possible impact on policy makers, and to identify and support federal, state and local officials who will promote our founding principles.

The Chairman and CEO of Eagle PAC is Bart Marcois, who has a background in investment banking, energy policy and foreign affairs.   Mr. Marcois has been instrumental over the past several years in voter turnout operations for campaigns in key battleground states.   He founded and chaired the RNC Advisory Council on LDS Outreach, and was responsible for the deployment of over 2,000 young volunteers to dozens of targeted battleground states and Congressional districts over the last three election cycles.

Eagle PAC intends to form alliances with the PACs of several other Members of Congress, all of whom share our founding principles, in order to multiply the influence that our donors can exercise.  We encourage donors to consider these PACs for donations, and these PACs also will donate to candidates who share the values that we all stand for.

Background, Purpose, Need for Action

Eagle PAC is dedicated to identifying, training and strengthening individuals who want to be involved in the political process; and helping them establish political networks in key Congressional districts across America.  We will reach out to people of every background, interest, and faith, working via a network of friends and colleagues.  Our goal is to identify people who currently don’t feel like they are part of the political system, and show them how they can have a strong impact.  We are looking for the hundreds of thousands of people out there who may not be professional politicians, but who will donate time or money – even as little as  a few hours or ten or twenty dollars once or twice a year – to conservative political causes.  We must ensure that our elected officials feel the strong support of the conservative community, and that our community members feel a sense of ownership, a sense of connectedness, to their local communities and political leaders.

Effective political advocacy results from years of steady cultivation of networks of people deeply committed to defending their interests: people who are trained how to influence their elected officials.  Eagle PAC provides a full commitment of time and attention to you, to helping our members organize the national conservative community and like-minded friends so they develop habits of involvement in all political campaigns.  That means that there will be a constant presence of politically aware activists, who are plugged in to the local networks in their home states, ready to swing into action to support any candidate: local, Congressional, or national.

Eagle PAC is taking the lead on this effort, so we can strengthen Members of Congress who share our values and respect our community.  Please join today by making a $10 contribution.
